Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Jatiana Travels, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to provide transparency and clarity regarding cancellations and refunds for all travel-related services booked through us.

1. Flight Bookings

• Flight cancellations and refunds are subject to the respective airline's fare rules and cancellation policies.
• Any applicable airline cancellation charges, service fees, taxes, and convenience charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• Refunds for cancelled flight tickets will be processed only after the airline approves the refund.
• In case of airline-initiated cancellation, schedule changes, or disruptions, refunds will be processed as per the airline's policy.

2. Hotel Bookings

• Hotel cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy of the respective hotel.
• Hotels offering free cancellation will be refunded accordingly.
• Non-refundable hotel bookings will not be eligible for any refund.
• Any processing or service charges incurred by Jatiana Travels may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Holiday Packages

Cancellation charges for holiday packages shall be as follows:

Any non-refundable third-party costs (flights, hotels, visas, permits, etc.) will be charged additionally.

4. Visa Services

• Visa processing fees, embassy charges, and service fees are strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
• Refunds will not be provided in case of visa rejection by the respective embassy or consulate.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on banks, airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
• Jatiana Travels shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party suppliers.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be guaranteed for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics
• Political unrest
• Strikes or operational disruptions

Refunds, if any, will be subject to the policies of the concerned service providers.
